Automatic top up with bank not working

Hi, i recently registered for automatic top up with a bank acount but it didn't charge me on the monthly charge date. In fact it never did. I set up automatic top up 1 week before the date and it did not work. I tried googling it but there was no useful source of information. Can anyone please help???

Hi there @John. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community. 

Once you have enrolled for Pre Authorized payments it does take up to one full billing cycle before the request is processed.

When I updated my card information for my pre-authorized payments (got a new card), the payments stopped going through automatically, even though I received confirmation that everything was good to go. I have since updated the card again, then updated it so that my bank account would be charged, and as an extra measure, added a top-up method when my balance hit below a certain number. Still, I keep receiving the message that my payments are late. How do I resolve this? When looking at my profile and payment methods, everything looks like it should be working.

Unfortunately not, I just switched to manual payments to keep my balance. 

I have automatic top ups when payment is due I have to manually go in & pay for it. Not only does this happen with my account but it's happening with my sons account as well. I've checked my account to make sure my credit card is on file & it is but it's not taking out the monthly payment when it's due. What is the issue with this?
