Hello, how must I activate the 250MB of bonus data every month with Auto Recharge? I have paid, but the 250 MB has not been activated yet.

Hey Lemard78,
You will see the auto top up bonus right away most of the times if you set it up while doing the activation.
However, if you have set it up later, you will need to wait for the upcoming billing date, as when your card (used for auto-top up) will be charged auto-top up, you will see the bonus applied for that month.

They seem to have a problem with the bonus for auto top up. I have been doing it for over a year and was not receiving the 750 mbp and had to call a few times before that about the 250mbp wen it had been less than a year. They gave me a bunch of data fre last time but not sure it has been resolved. You may have to call if you don't see it showing up on account.

I switched to automatic top up one month ago, yesterday it charged my card for the first time using automatic top up but the bonus data is still not available

When reviewing your plan in your Lucky Mobile My Account profile, do you see specifically "250 MB of bonus data every month with Automatic Top-Up" as part of the plan or an individual add-on? If so, and you have automatic top-up set up as you've said, then you would be receiving the 250 MB auto top-up bonus.
Take a look at your plan, and let us know if you were in any further need of assistance.

I seem to have lost my 6 month 250mb bonus data after a billing glitch. For some reason my CC payment didn't go through. I was contacted by lucky via SMS, but got the text too late I guess, I was out of cell range for a couple weeks. Is it possible to get this back?

I just recently (yesterday) signed up for Lucky Mobile. It's working except there is no data included unless you sign up for auto top up. Today I signed up for the auto top up and was expecting to receive the 250 data usage added to my plan but it's still showing that I have zero data usage. I can't send or receive images in texts because of this--at least I'm assuming that's why I can't. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
*I forgot to mention that at the time of my post it had been almost 2 hours since signing up for the auto top up. I can make and receive phone calls and I can send and receive text messages (just not with any images)
