Why is All my incoming calls showing as unknown caller?

Hi everyone, I fixed the problem. I called tech support and they told me that someone switched it off (?!) so he switched it back on and now I have voice-mail and caller display once again. I suspect the same thing happened to you guys. Please call tech support!

Hi,
I could not see the incoming phone number when someone call me. It was only written unknown number. Do you know how to fix this issue?

With all due respect, this is not fixing the problem. All my calls are still coming in “unknown caller” even with call display.

It just says unknown even if the caller is in my contacts,. Is this a lucky network setting. Or a phone setting. I'm on Android with a doogee s68 pro. Any help much appreciated

For Incoming calls, I can see the caller's phone number when ringing (ie. they do not block their caller id). Subsequently however I checked they are ALL shown as follows in the phone number column of the Voice Usage Details page/list :
- "Incoming call" (in the Lucky mobile App)
- "Unknown caller" (in the Web browser of the Lucky MyAccount)
All incoming calls are like that without showing the caller's phone number, but the above wordings. All outgoing calls do show the exact phone numbers I called to. Is this how the usage details is designed to be, or can I change any options to have the incoming call phone number shown in the Usage details report/list?

Hi, I'm very disappointed with lucky mobile support. Issue is that I'm not able to see phone number of any incoming calls. Even when my saved contacts try to reach me, still no call display. It's always shows UNKNOWN when somebody calls. Even lucky mobile's customer support and tech support 's number were showing me UNKNOWN. Now support team is no help to me. I tried reaching customer support chat. They redirected me Tech support. This happened twice. And Tech support is the worst. They said my plan doesn't include call display. And they only offer call display to postpaid plans. They said that transfer to postpaid. Now after few minutes i checked Lucky's website. It shows that they only offer prepaid plans. Also all plan includes call display. If you can, just fire that Tech person, cause she doesn't know what she's doing and where is she working. Now after that i went to chat support again. And told them all the things that I've written here above. Now this person made me do some troubleshooting like phone restart, reinsert Sim, network reset, caller id settings of my phone. Still issue was unresolved. Then they said try restarting your phone again. I did and chat was closed. And issue was still not resolved. I transferred the service from fido to lucky 2 days ago, since this issue is occurring. What should i do? How long it will take to resolve the issue???? And WHO can actually resolve it??

I have the same problem and their tech support say they cannot solve it. They say the call display is turned off for my plan even though the contract clearly says that call display is included. I am thinking about escalating the issue. Lucky is not going to solve the problem. The other option is to choose another provider, which I will probably do. So disappointing!!!!

Called tech support if they can fix my caller display and all my incoming calls are unknown unfortunately they cant help me with it because they said my number is just prepaid. Did not really help me at all. Disappointed with the service.
