My phone doesn't show incoming caller id. Just says. Unknown..even if the caller is in my contacts

It just says unknown even if the caller is in my contacts,. Is this a lucky network setting. Or a phone setting. I'm on Android with a doogee s68 pro. Any help much appreciated
