If your phone or SIM have been lost or stolen - and you are no longer in possession of device and SIM, you can replace it with another phone and SIM while keeping the same Lucky Mobile number.
In this scenario you MUST visit Lucky Mobile in-store to verify your identity with a valid piece of photo ID to complete the SIM/eSIM transfer; as you will not be able to receive the 'transfer approval text' if not in possession of the lost device and SIM. If you reported your phone as lost or stolen and had your account suspended; restore your services through My Account
or contact us
to have the account restored and updated with the new SIM and phone.
SIM to eSIM or SIM transfer to a new phone
If you are simply completing a SIM to eSIM or SIM transfer to a new phone
- and are in possession of the original SIM and device, follow the instructions below or linked above to complete. Ensure you old SIM stays active and able to receive the 'transfer approval text' to complete the transfer.
Need a new SIM? You can buy a new SIM Card at a Lucky Mobile retailer
or order online.
Want to use eSIM?
Not a problem - confirm your device eligibility.
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Log in to your Lucky Mobile My Account app
- On the Manage my device section, click SIM & device options
- Click on Transfer service to a new SIM card
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account

- Select the mobile phone with the rate Plan you want to change (if more than one mobile phone is registered)
- Click on the My Phone tab
- Click Transfer my service to a different SIM Card and follow the on-screen instructions.
