Sim card issues

not sure how to get cell device to read active sim card that was just activated and in phone, yes It does have time on the account.hope I didn't waste money, any help would be greatly appreciated

For the Community to be better able to assist, you'll need to provide more details.

Are you being prompted for a SIM PIN or PUK, or does your phone itself need to be unlocked? Or do you simply not have service?

Lastly, if you simply have no service, please keep in mind that when first signing up that it may take up to 24 hours for your services to be fully activated.
