SIM card for iPad and use data from my account

Hi, I have an iPad that takes a SIM card. I already have a cheap Lucky plan for a dumb phone. We don’t use data. Am I able to transfer that data to a new Lucky SIM card on my iPad? Or do I need a new plan? I just need the data for maps where no wifi is available

Hey there @Darla ,

Welcome to the community and great questions.

You cannot transfer or share the data from your current Lucky Mobile plan to a second SIM card for your iPad and Lucky Mobile only has the ability to support mobile smartphones.

However, we invite you to check out the thread Data service for 3rd party Netgear Aircard 763SOpens in a new tab or windowwhere other users discuss a similar topic.
