Hi

I had to factory reset my phone and in doing so, lost any and all information pertaining to the dollarama gift card and pin code. Is there a generic pin code or can I get another code?

I know this is an old post, but I would like to respond to it, since I can't see an official response to the 'email' question.

Look for the folder "TRASH" in your email app and MOVE the email back to INBOX. Happens frequently, accidentally, but it stays in the TRASH folder for at least 30 days.

Nevertheless, if you get information with important 'codes', be it via text message or email, you can always make a screenshot and save it in a camera-folder (password protected or not).  Same with the scan code, which you need anyhow every time you redeem/buy with that gift card at Dollarama.
