Hey! I recently got an international calling package (region 1) but it says that I need a service pass… the lucky mobile person I talked to a lucky person. And they said it will work and it didn’t… help me…

sorry, but LuckyMobileKris's post does not answer my question, and i've read the website's information about service packs already, and there is no answer there either.
it also seems like you've moved other people's posts to this thread, and they also didn't get an answer. maybe we were supposed to wait 24-48 hrs for all services to begin like one of the other replies suggests?
i have also since realized the website does have a webform under "contact us", since the live chat isn't working, so i'll try that too.
