Why is All my incoming calls showing as unknown caller?

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post. 

Can you please clarify if you're seeing the phone number calling you and the name states unknown or the call display only show unknown with no phone numbers?

Same thing here, all incoming calls shows unknown. The chat or call support can’t toggle on. It is a feature I really need, Fizz, Public, ChatR have this feature by default. Going to port elsewhere.

In the instance that it is a newly activated account, there might be a small delay for the feature to be triggered and/or it's possible that there was an issue with the feature. Please restart your phone, give it another try and let the community know if the issue is still present.

Did you do something? I’ve been battling to fix that up,converted sim to esim, airplane mode, restarts, till today it was showing unknown. Voicemail was not activated and calls were on 3g signal, no VoLTE.

the tech service solved my problem in a few days, but I had to insist repeatedly. After a couple of days, the tech rep who answered at that time fixed the issue.

I have the same problem where all incoming calls show up as "Unknown Caller", even contacts I have saved in my phone show up as "Unknown Caller". I called Lucky Mobil line a few times and they were able to escalate it to a Technical Team but they were not able to solve it for me either. She said that "Call Display" is only available to subscribed customers not Pre-Paid (now this makes no sense because all Lucky Mobile plans are Pre-Paid. The Technical Team rep seems to be a Bell rep and it appears that for technical issues, they trasnfer you to a Bell Rep.

I called the second time and they asked me to do all the typical troubleshooting steps. As an iPhone user, I did the following: go into my settings to turn my "Show My Caller ID" on and off, then they asked me to turn my "Silence Unknown Callers" on and off. Then proceed to reboot my phone. Once the phone turns back on, I used a different phone to call my phone again and the same problem persisted (no number or name displayed - just "Unknown Caller").

The technical team was aware of this problem, she told me that she came across several of these cases herself. But it's clear there is no solution as of right now.

At this point, I'm going to try one more time and will likely just switch away from Lucky Mobil if this last try doesn't go anywhere. I feel like this is such a basic that is somehow made complicated from Lucky Mobil - list what is included in the plan and give the customer what you list on the plan once they paid for it.

If anyone is able to get this resolved, please share.

Update to others looking for an answer: 
I was told: "From time to time, when a new profile/account is created, some features may get stuck in the back end and a feature reset is needed for them to be triggered."

This was the solution to my problem related to calls received not showing a name or number and only showing "Unknown Caller"

Every single incoming call I recieve is displayed as unknown caller with no phone number Available. Cannot call them back or see who’s calling me. I need this resolved

I would recommend using the chat feature right on Lucky Mobile App or you can also chat to a Lucky Mobil Rep through the chat function on their website. They will diagnose your problem and sometimes resolve it for you right there and then.

OMG i have exactly the same problem, and my voicemail doesn't work. Even though i tried to contact the technical support, but they don't have any solutions to my problem. 

I called, didn't work and I tried every .specific. thing they said to do on their automatic replies ... Its so frustrating

While being a little bit of a Karen, after a post here, it got fixed in 5 minutes.

Having the same issue since I opened my account with this company on January 15 2026 were my unlocked cell phone rings normally though the speakers but doesn't HAVE WHAT MY CONTRACT STAYED ON JANUARY 15 2026 THAT ALL INBOUND PHONE CALLS WOULD SHOW THE FULL DISPLAY FEATURE.
