How to remove voicemail from account?

How to remove voicemail from account i don't have it setup as i don't use it.but I'm still getting notifications that I got new voicemail.

As the voicemail is part of your plan, you only have the option to have it or it can be fully removed (you will need our help to remove it).

If you wish to get it removed, let us know and we will reach out accordingly to get it done.
