Can I redeem other carriers prepaid cards on Lucky Mobile account

Can you top up your lucky mobile account with a top up voucher from Bell?

Could you please clarify as to what you mean by "wrong mobile phone top up card"? If you had bought a top up card for another provider, you'll want to check the refund policy for the store you had bought it from.

I bought a BELL top up card at the 7-11 convenience store, but I can't recharge it and According to the store's regulations, it cannot be returned or exchanged

I have the same problem, before I purchased the bell voucher pin. I checked in your website that lucky is managed by Bell telecom. Why the bell voucher can't be redeem on lucky mobile numbers? It doesn't make any sense.

I got two $15 top up cards and they haven’t been working and I’ve been trying everything and I just checked now on the receipt that it says Bell mobility. What can I do about that? I haven’t had my phone all month.

Top-up cards are not interchangeable. Bell cards can only be used for Bell prepaid accounts, Lucky Mobile cards can only be used for Lucky Mobile prepaid accounts, and so on.
