Hey there @bobberthelet,
Welcome to the Community and great question.
To set the amount of rings prior to activating your voicemail, please follow these steps;
1.Dial *61*voicemail-access-number*11*time#
Voicemail Access Number is 10-digits:
- voicemail-access-number: 647-383-2365 (this number is the same for all Lucky Mobile customers)
Time: the number of seconds (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30) before the call transfers to voicemail
Example to set the ring control to 20 seconds:
- Lucky mobile: *61*6473832365*11*20#
2.Press SEND
3.A status message is displayed on the screen

This is apparently outdated information, at least it did not work for me in August 2025 on my Android phone. I tried this uncounted times to no avail. Fortunately I decided to look up this problem on Youtube, and found right away a video where it was stated: **61*6473832365*11*time#. And it worked.
So, long story short, dear Android phone users -->> Put TWO asterisks in front of the 61, not only one, if the *61 does not work.
And to check if you did ok: Dial *#61# The pop-up displays then the seconds you have chosen.

@LuckyMobileAntonie this should be updated in your original post.
Is 30 seconds a hard limit, that is the equivalent of 5 rings, not enough for my needs.
