When I look on my Marketing and Email preferences in my account, there is an Email address listed that is not mine. test.tester@bell.ca
Friends I know that also have lines through lucky, have checked their accounts and that Email is not listed on theirs which leads me to believe it is something worth me asking about.
Any ideas? Just seems odd as I've never seen it before.

This usually happens when a valid email address isn't provided during the activation process.
You can update the field with your email address. If you have more than one Lucky Mobile account under your name, a different email address will need to be used.

I am having the same issue. I did have a valid email when the account was activated. The test.tester@bell.ca. is only showing up in the Marketing email and Text preferences section. My profile already has my valid email. it will not let me delete or unselect this email account for marketing.
