I need to add text messaging right now and only have data

I just bought a new phone and got the $15 of just data. I need to set up my apple ID and can't without text verification. Since the call center is closed, I don't know how to add text messages. When I go to top up the plan online it says the changes won't be in effect until July - I need it now

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

As you prepay for your monthly services, when you request to change your rate plan, it will take effect on your next Monthly Charge Date.
