I have a $50 credit on my account. How can I use this as payment instead of my monthly top up. The system doesn't recognize that I have a credit and keeps charging my credit card instead of using my credit.

Hey Kaur,
Just following up regarding the Auto-Top up. Was the amount from current balance used to renew your $15 plan, or did it charged your Debit/Credit card?

I paid for my top up this month last month on the 30th, i now found out it was to my balance fund instead of my next month. I don't know what to do.

I would like to know what to do to cancel a top-up.
I made a payment on March 15th for one month (it's what I hope).
I verified my account page and found "Monthly Charge Date ; 15th of every month".
But when I go to "My Prepaid Account" page and click "Change Automatic Top-Up", what I can see on the "Automatic Top-Up Options" page, there are only two buttons to choose ; "Automatic Top-Up: Monthly" and "Automatic Top-Up: Monthly with Low Balance".
There is not any "Cancel Automatic Top-up" button.
Does this mean that currently I don't have any top-up ? Even if April 15th comes, no payment will be charged on my account ? Or do I need to do something to stop a top-up ?
Anyway, I don't need to use this plan no more so I want to stop the payment and top-up. (Maybe next year I think I will use Lucky mobile again so I would like to keep this account, but there's no need to use any plans)
Is there somebody who can tell me what it my top-up situation please ?

Hi I just joined 2 months ago, and have referral credits starting soon. Will the auto top up payments account for credits on my account? For instance, instead of charging my credit card $20 on the billing date, will it charge $5 less so $15?

when I signed up lucky, for some reason the first top up I was charged for $100, and it keeps charge me $20 every month after even I have enough balance. Now I cancelled auto top up so I can use all the balance before I enable auto top up, but I am not getting the bonus data , what can I do so I receive the bonus data without been charged until my balance is below $20

I have $15 on my account how can I use the money I have a monthly withdrawal of $40 and I just want to make it $30 but I don't see any choices to choose less how can I get the company to withdraw less money on my credit card so I could use more money in my account does that possible or I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Issue # 1
I just subscribed to a plan that is $29 but the truth is, they are charging $30 because they're top-up process only allows an amount that is divisible by 5 and in this case, the top-up is $30. So in theory, it your plan is $26, $27, $28 or $29, you will be charged $30 per month regardless.
Issue # 2
Once your balance has enough funds to pay for your monthly balance, you can ask the system to use the funds to pay for your monthly charge but that stops the auto load process and you will ultimately lose your bonus for setting up auto top-up. So even though you have fund in your balance, you can't use it and will continue to grow. Once you cancel your service, that amount is not refundable so Lucky Mobile (Bell) gets those funds.
IMO, due to the top-up process, the plan amount is misleading and I'd go as far as to say it's a scam. Why can't they just offer for you to automatically set up auto-pay for the amount of the plan you subscribed to?

Hi, I created my account over a month ago and I am on the $15 monthly plan. for the first month i was charged $30 for two months but i was once again charged $15 for the second month. Why was I charged another $15 when i already paid $30 on my first month. My account balance does say I have $15 in it but im not sure how to use it to pay for my next month without being charged again.

What happens if manually pay my next month before the due date?
My next payment date is the 10 th of December.
Can I refill on the 20 th of November?
Will this reset my payment date to be on the 20 th of future months?

So I noticed the 100$ I placed on my account last month is still there and the charge went out to the credit card I signed up and activated the sim card / account with, and after finalizing everything I specifically chose to have the credit card removed, why is it being charged.

I'm very disappointed with lucky mobile because I do have already $80.45 as a balance in my account and go ahead and charge me from my credit card my monthly payment instead of using the amount already in account as a balance.
Please look into my account and cancel immediately the charges used from my credit card and use the money that's on my balance with lucky mobile just seating there and please do it asap before I call my bank and dispute the charges done by your accounting department.
Please inform me asap via my personal email address that you already have on file.

Hi , I have $36 account balance, and I wanna use it . If I stopped the Automatic top-up , does it affect my bonus extra data , knowing that I'll reactive it after they withdraw the amount?

Yes I believe so. I just did mine, because if I don't receive my 3rd mon credit I don't want my CC being charged. Then I saw the warnings of losing my bonus data.
