Hey there @NatalieDesbois.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

Firstly, we'd recommend shutting off your phone, then removing and reinserting the SIM card. At this point, restart your phone. If at this point you're still not getting signal, check and make sure you're not in airplane mode. As a last step, check your phone's network settings and make sure Network Selection is set to Automatic.

If your connection is still not working and your phone was sold prior to January 2017, this could mean that your device is locked to a different carrier (You can unlock the device for free by contacting the original carrier).

I spoke with four different Lucky Mobile reps this morning. I requested a SIM SWAP, from an older Samsung Galaxy S5 phone to my NEW SIM CARD in a Samsung Galaxy S10+.

Now, my OLD SIM/S5 phone is dead, "not registered on network",
AND

My NEW SIM/S10+ is also dead, "not registered on network".

I am a senior and unable to use any telephone service now.

I need Lucky Mobile to make my new SIM card functional.

PLEASE HELP, urgently.
