Unable to activate a SIM card

After going through all the pages of the form, it says:

We are having technical difficulties.

We are currently experiencing temporary technical difficulties and we were unable to activate your phone or create your account.

To activate your phone and create your account please visit a Lucky Mobile store or contact us. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

When will it be resolved? Or how do I contact you to activate the SIM card?

Got new sim activated got number added funds added but cou stalled and could not finish now I'm out funds and my account won't let me use that number or sim plz help
