I topped up 35$ on my account but it only said i have 10$ where is my 25$ at?

Would you happen to have a monthly plan that costs $25/month? If so, this would explain the difference in your balance - The $25 in question would have been deducted to pay towards your monthly plan.

i'm on the $34 a month plan,,it was prepaid on may 19 but on june 2 there were only $2 remaining in my account,,how did this happen?
