Site timed out before making account

Hi, I was porting my sons Telus phone number to lucky, and he responded yes on his phone. However, the website froze, and timed out. Now it will not let me attempt to port that number. I would like to make an account and select a plan, so the number doesn’t get lost. Thanks!
