Hello, please I just subscribed for a service pass but tried to make a call afterward but it's not connecting.it still saying I have used all the minutes.
Please kindly let me know what's happening or would appreciate if you refund my money.

Could you please clarify as to the kind of service pass you're trying to activate? Is this for international calling, or calling within Canada?
Please do keep in mind that you'll be unable to add service passes that you're not eligible for; furthermore, the service pass will automatically expire on your anniversary date and will not carry forward onto the next billing period.
