Is automatic top up charged 3 days before the due date?

I outright asked when my payment would be charged if I setup automatic top up. I asked if it would be charged 2-3 days before its due and I was told multiple times it wouldn't be charged until  my anniversary day. Looking at the website it shows it as 3 days before the anniversary date.

Which is correct?

Thanks. That's the way I understood how it worked but the support guy I talked to said it will always be taken on your anniversary date. Might want to make sure all the support staff know that info or figure out why he said what he said. I doubt I'm the only one that this would have effected negatively.(loss of bonus data for example)

Are there any plans that what he said is true about automatic top ups being taken only on the anniversary date?

I am trying to sign up for automatic top ups, but every time i do it says it will top up on the 31st of every month... my lucky moblie minutes/data expire on the 20th every month, is there a way to change the automatic top up date to the 20th?

I believe I had to change plans a couple times to get the date where I wanted it if I remember right. It was definitely not a painless experience. Hopefully they changed somethings to make it more customer friendly, but I doubt it. I think I remember having to pay for the plan I changed to and chose the cheapest plan $10 maybe and then I switched to the plan I wanted on the date I wanted, well thought I did. They messed that up too but eventually it got straightened out. They want everyone to go with Bell to collect NSF fees from people used to PAYG imho.
