Can anyone help my identifying the PUK code on Sim Card please?

I followed the steps on where to get the PUK number to unlock my key but it won’t work and I am not pressing the wrong numbers. I only have one more attempt so I don’t want to try it again. So what do I do?

1. I tried using my unlock code for my sim it ssys was unsucessful the device is compatable so what now? Please help

I put my sim unlock code wrong 3 times now its asking for a "puk"code. Where and how do I get the puk?

By mistake i locked my Lucky mobile sim card and now asking me to do 8 digit puck code to re start my sim. where to find that 8 digit puck code. help would be apereciated..
