SIM card not activated even after paying

I activated it, it brought me through all the steps, took the money out of my bank account and said “technical difficulties” apparently customer chat (the online one) is open currently (according to the time) but says they’re closed at the moment. Either give me my money back, or fix this issue.

When a new activation is completed, some processing delays may occur until the full service is available.

Nothing has activated yet, still can’t get ahold to anyone, don’t like how I paid money for something and it not work
