Out of Canada & Wanting to disable automatic charge temporarily

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit new to using phone service in Canada. I've got a couple of questions to be clarified. I'm currently on a phone plan and I use automatic payment from my debit card.

-  I'm currently residing outside of Canada for roughly 2 months. Are there any options for me to temporarily disable my automatic payment and then reactivate the charging at the end of August when I come back to Canada?

- I might remove the Lucky Mobile SIM card from my phone device with another local SIM . Will the information be stored and will I be able to use the Lucky SIM card normally when I re-plug it in my phone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No worries, if you chose to remove your payment method, the moment your funds expire, you will have 120 days before your account auto-cancel.
