Not registered to network?

It is saying that I am not registered to a network which is funny because I use the phone this morning and the next time I went to use it it would not work I need my phone asap could someone get back to me with this issue and I am really getting tired of having problems every month with this company

My phone is saying not registered to network

hi.

I have activated my sim card but it doesn't work at all. No text, No call, No Internet. 

errors are:

"Not registered on Network" or "No network available"

I paid for my plan a few hours ago from the time of writing, still not getting service. How long to activate a new sim?

Hey Komak,

The SIM is usually activated right away and ready to use, if it was activated without any mistake or if the payment went through. Does it show SOS or Emergency calls? Or "Lucky" on the cellular?

If its the former one, the sim is not activated successfully and if its the later, try downloading the app and opening it on a mobile network (LTE), so you dont have to fill out username and passoword, and check if its need the first months payment (Initial month top up).

yes. I have tried everything but it still doesn't work. I think I have to replace my sim card.

I believe then its the activation problem. I would recommend to give a call to the customer service and get the status of the activation before getting a new sim. As usually the SIM does not create problems and its just a small activation error. 

Try calling and most of the times they can fix on call.

For the last few days, since Thursday Dec 19th, my phone service has been going off and on. I have been unable to make calls, send texts or use data at times when the 'mobile network state' is showing as disconnected. It's been randomly changing between connected and disconnected, making my phone unreliable. I've had the same lucky SIM card since 2020 and have never had this issue before.
