How is it possible ME A NEWBIE would meet destructive customer apologies but no service i paid for..i have the receipt !! I paid but got no service in the end....so i just got ripped off
Believe it or not...i was making phonecalls i had a phone number i chose from the app prompts...my friends said they got NOT IN SERVICE message
So i guess then i only got service for a few hoyrs yesterday sat mar 12-22 but the service i paid for was for a month so
Why are they just apologizing but saying they cant help me??
You mean to say there are NO OVER RIDE BUTTONS ON YOUR THE MGT's end to fix extenuating circumstances that LUCKY PUT ME IN BY STEALING MY MONEY THEN MY PHONE SERVICE ...I GOT NO SERVICES they LUCKY SAYS TO ME
and they like its NOT THEIR PROBLEM TO SOLVE
.their ways of solving it is to tell ME?? to go buy another sim card?? They were the ones who ruined mine with their STUPID Error causing app...how can the Lucky app just let me go to the next page when i was signing up? WITHOUT A USERNAME? alot of the prompts werent operating or this would not have been my experience
How do i feel after 20 hours of trying to get my service? RIPPED OFF NOT RESPECTED IGNORED PLACATED AND JUST PLAIN SAD & GRIEF STRICKEN
