Data stops after LTE has been used - NO access to unlimited slow 3G

Hi.

After I used my fast LTE data, my data connection stops and I CANNOT proceed to use 3G data at slow 128kbs. My LTE icon shows an "x" and I get a pop up to sign in to the LuckyMobile network: If I do so, I get a message "You have no data plan". No options available.

Has anybody experienced the same problem  and a solution for it ?

Chat support confirmed unlimited 3G is not it is not available (!?), that frustrating and not what I understood from the the website (and what triggered my decision for LuckyMobile):

The data FAQ states: "That’s right. No data overage charges. No surprises. If your usage exceeds the data included in your plan or Add-On, we’ll send you a text message with a link to add a Service Pass should you wish to use more 3G data. ---->>>>You can also continue to use data at reduced speeds of up to 128 Kbps... <<<<<---"

@RunUnicornRun is correct, which Lucky Mobile plan that you have?

If you happen to have the $15/month - 100 Minutes Canada-wide calling plan, it would not be eligible for the reduced data speeds, as this service is not applicable on any bonus data, add-ons and/or service passes. In order to benefit from continuous data at reduced speeds, data must be included in the core plan and not come as a bonus, add-on or service pass.

What LuckyMobile Plan do you have? What's the monthly cost before tax?
