My cell phone won't charge anymore. Can I switch the sim card to a new cell phone?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

Yes, you can place your SIM card in a new unlocked cell phone.

If you put your SIM card within a different unlocked phone, you will be asked to enter a PUK code to gain access to the network. To get your PUK code, simply click on unlock my SIM card on the main page of your My Account profile.
