My balance now is $80, is that mean I have $80 credit or I have a $80 bill need to pay?

Hey there @Joliebei

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

Since Lucky Mobile is a prepaid service, when you see a balance on your account, it would mean that you have an accumulated balance to cover your upcoming renewals.

The only time that it would be otherwise is when your monthly renewal would have occurred and you would have made a request to your financial institution to return a payment, at that time an owing balance would show on your account.

When I log in the main page says I have $15 in my account. Payment History says $0 and I received a text about the monthly payment being due in a few days. I recall seeing a message about getting a $15 credit (promotional thing for being a new customer?), but, I can't remember the details or where I saw it - I can't find an email or text message about it. So, do I have a $15 credit in my account? Can I use it to pay for next month's service?

is my balance money I owe?
