How to remove voicemail from account i don't have it setup as i don't use it.but I'm still getting notifications that I got new voicemail.

I want to deactivate my voicemail immediately. I think it is an impertinence by LUCKYMOBILE, to set up my voicemail without my allowance. I do hate voicemail and I never activate it. So please let me out instantly. And it is another annoyance, that a customer is compelled to ask you for the deactivation!!!

By the way, I want the same for my wife's number. We are in the same haousehold and we both are retired and we do not want to being bothered by voicemail at all.
