How to remove voicemail from account i don't have it setup as i don't use it.but I'm still getting notifications that I got new voicemail.

I have the same question as everybody from the last 8 pages in this thread - how to disable voicemail? Never used it and random spammers keep leaving a voicemail.

I had successfully removed my voice mail service last year but seem to have said service again after changing service plans so need to remove my voice mail service again.  Are you able to change my account so that the default is to not have voice mail service when changing plans so I will not have to ask you to disable my voice mail service for at least a third time if I change plans again?
