I was previously offered a promotion through lucky & bell to switch to bell mobility and keep my plan. I did not need it at the time but I have been working outside of Lucky's coverage area and require a phone for my work. I would like to keep my current number if possible, I have no problem paying more, or switching or anything.

In the instance that you've received an offer to migrate to one of our partners, you would simply need to contact their sales team visible from their contact us page and make sure to advise them that you are a Lucky Mobile customer looking to accept the migration offer (You will need your Lucky Mobile phone and account number to complete the migration).
