Can't send/receive texts

Is there some type of coverage outtage as I'm not receiving my texts. And when I text someone, I'm they aren't receiving my texts.

Very frustrating as I need my phone for work.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your text messaging. If so, could you confirm a few more details for the community?

  • Is this only text messaging? Are you still able to make and receive calls as normal?
  • Is this only happening at home? At work? Do you see a difference in service in different areas?
  • Have you spoken to Tech Support already and made a ticket?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed?

I have not been able relieve text messages from iPhones 

I set up a phone for my son and everything has been working fine.  As of the past two months, we noticed that he is unable to receive or send a text unless he is on WiFi.  I checked his text app and it's still the same one as before.  No images, no emoji, just text. He is on the $15/m plan (100min + unlim Text).  We have rebooted the phone.  I even tried to pull the sim and put it back in.
