Can't create account or can't top up...

  • So I try to create an account but it keeps saying to provide the 10 digit number being the phone number in which I never had created a phone number in the first place see in order to top up I would top up to get ,a number or that number but I honestly don't know what number I provided in the first place please help me I need data and dunno what to do u can contact me once I am contacted back for this

It would seem that you already have an account in order to be able to post on Community, so here is a way to locate the mobile number.

On Android the most common path to finding your number is: Settings > About phone/device > Status/phone identity > Network. This slightly differs on Apple devices, where you can follow the path of Settings > Phone > My Number.

If you got a new Lucky Mobile SIM card and never activated it before click hereOpens in a new tab or window

If you're a existing customer activating a new SIM Card Log in and activateOpens in a new tab or window 

If you're still having issues creating your My Account, please contact usOpens in a new tab or window

I can’t get my phone number to link to my account 

I am trying to Top-Up my sim but it is not allowing me to link my account, anyone have a solution?

It says I have no service linked to my account, it didn’t work when I tried to put in my top up pin

Says I’m logged in. Still says I need to link an account. I have money on the account. 

When i opened my account on lucky mobile app why is it says “no service linked to your profile” how this could happen?

I can't link an account to services.

I thought I bought and paid for a plan but when I checked there was a debit and a credit on my card.

I assume I have no balance.

It says there is no service associated with my account.

But I can't check it because it won't accept the number I was assigned when I go to "Link an account"

I am abroad at the moment and would like to activate the Sim and have a plan before coming back to Canada.
