Hi there, @Mamas boy. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for your post.
For the Community to be better able to assist, please take the time to review the following questions and provide further details:
- Is this a new account?
- Have you recently ported your number from another provider?
- Is this only happening with one landline number, or all landlines?
- Have you done a full power off of your phone?
- Have you removed the SIM & reinserted it after powering your phone off
- Have you checked that your phone's OS is up to date?
- If need be, have you spoken to Tech Support to open a ticket for further investigation?
Looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Good morning, @Mamas boy.
Thanks for letting us know. We wanted to check in and see if you've been able to follow up on your suspicion on it being a SIM card issue. Have you tried replacing your SIM card at a Lucky Mobile retail location?
If you're unsure as to how, check out our Support page on Lost or Stolen Phones and scroll down to How to replace a SIM Card.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

No worries, @Mamas boy.
Yes, you can replace the SIM at any time of your choosing. 🙂 The link I provided in my previous reply will be able to direct as to where and how you'll be able to accomplish that.
Once able, please keep the Community up to date as to the status of your mother's service.

When I call my home phone via my lucky mobile cellphone I only get a busy signal.
Everyone else can call my home phone!
I have no blocked numbers on my home phone.
Any clues?
