I set up my account to auto renew last month, and today I got a text saying my charge is past due. I went and set it up again today but it wants me to put in a credit card to pay for the first month again, and when I was putting in the information, it didn't work. I'm also worried about the auto renewing not working again next month. Could someone make sure that the auto renew will work this time, and if possible just take the monthly payment out of my bank account now instead of me having to borrow a credit card to pay because I don't have one.

Hey there @Dryden,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
As the Community is a public peer to peer assistance channel, we do not have direct access to your account. However, depending on your automatic top-up method chosen and when it was created, a small delay may occur until it is fully set up and may only take effect on your following anniversary date.
You can review your payment method and details on My Account.
If on the following renewal, the payment doesn't occur, we suggest to get in touch with your financial institution to make sure you're entering the correct account information in the form.
