After a quick search, we've found the following potential causes of the error "SIM 1 not allowed";
- Incompatible SIM card (Not positioned properly or wrong size)
- Blocked/Locked IMEI (serial number of your phone)
- Wrong setting profile (phone setting set to eSIM instead of SIM)
