so i registered 2 months ago, with a 3rd month free promo, so i figured i need funds for the 2 months but don't have to have funds in account for the 3rd month... 2nd month ends and account is suspended... what's the deal here, what did I do wrong ?

The Community being a peer to peer assistance channel, we do not have access to your account to see which offer you're referring to. However, below are some general details pertaining to the 3rd month free offer you may be referring;
- Activate a new Lucky Mobile account on a $27+ plan (Québec) or $29+ plan (ROC/MB/SK) and receive one month free, applied as a credit on your account for the 3rd month of service
- Activation credit will be for the cost of the plan only (Add-Ons are not included)
- Activation credit is applied automatically within 30 days after two successful payments are made to the account
- Bought at a Corporate stores, Dealer stores, Authorized retailers/subagents, Visions, Walmart, The Mobile Shop (Loblaws), Wireless Etc, Wireless Wave, Best Buy, Value Mobile, Tbooth, Cellurific, Celkon, Glentel, Payment Source, Smartbox, Value Mobile, Online, eSIM, Staples sales-assisted, The Source sales-assisted (excluding: Best Buy Express, Dollarama, Circle K, Staples grab and go)
- Customers that have purchased a SIM prior to the offer period & activate on or after November 7, 2024 will not be eligible for the offer.
What you need to do to;
- Complete the activation per standard procedure.
- Credit is applied automatically within 30 days after two successful payments are made to the account.
- You can check that the credit has been applied through your My Account App or online via My Account: luckymobile.ca/myaccount

Hi,
I signed up Feb17th for the $34 plan with 3rd free promo. There has been two successful top ups: Feb 17th and Mar16. I still haven't seen any credit on my account: the account balance is still $2; as of today.
When I supposed to see the credit? Does it have to be the last day which is Apr16th? What if something happens and it doesn't show up, then I don't have time to contact support? (we all knew that software bug exists). Thanks all.

It's just one day to my renewal day and I still don't see the 3rd month credit in my account.

I signed up for Lucky Mobile back in February 2025 and had Auto Top-Up enabled from the start. I recently asked customer service about the “3rd month free” promo, since I thought I was eligible—but they told me there was no such promo running in February?
I checked the Wayback Machine and found a snapshot of the Lucky Mobile website from February 2025 that clearly shows the “3rd Month Free” offer being advertised. Sites like PlanHub also mentioned it during that time.
Just wondering—has anyone else run into this? Or can someone from the Lucky team clarify if the promo was actually running back then and how to follow up?
