Can't use my data after Top-Up

I just top-up on my account but still can't use my data. What seems to be the problem?

This would be tricky for the Community to answer. However below are a few possibilities:
  • You have not yet reached your anniversary date.
  • Your APN settingsOpens in a new tab or windoware saved incorrectly.
  • You have used up all of your data.
  • Your mobile data is toggled to off in your settings.

I topped up and it took money from my account but nothing is working

Service was suspended before date agreed upon for topup. Paid for topup, now data did not reset. Is this normal? 

I need their help to get my service work. I paid my bills with automatic top-up, but I can't send text messages out, nor can I receive or make a phone call. I don't know where and how to find its service people. 

I’ve set up my eSIM, it’s set as my preferred choice , I’m showing full strength LTE and 3 G but can’t search or use google maps or Waze , can’t open lucky app .

Hi, I thought I had found a solution by doing a network reset then switching from LTE to 3G it worked for a while, then back to no data!

 I finally found a solution by making sure my VPN is on (I’m using nord) with the VPN connected I’ve no problem using data, WhatsApp, Waze and searching work fine, it doesn’t matter were the server is, I found yesterday that I was connected to France rather than Canada
