3G network selection setting missing after IOS update

My iPhone received a update, I clicked the update then 3G option is gone, Only LTE and 5G option can be choosed? why? 3G signal on my phone always better than LTE, is full signal, but LTE is not.

The 3G network option was removed with the 16.2 iOS update that had been pushed to Lucky Mobile customers.

My iPhone 14 keeps only showing LTE never 3G even when i have not even used any of my data. Any idea why ?
