$20 Dollarama giftcard not working, barcode doesn't appear

Hello,

Did anyone have the same issue with $20 Dollarama gift card?

I received an email, but when I click on the link, the barcode doesn't appear, instead it shows WARNING:Undefined variable $Mobile_Code in /app/dist/lucky/index/php on line 85

I called the Lucky mobile, they sent me the second email, but I still received the same error message

I filed a ticket,but no reply so far

Just wonder if anyone had same experience

Hello everyone!

If you had encoutered any issues related to your physical gift card or digital gift bar code, please refer to the following solution. Unfortunately, you must understand that the employees at Dollarama does not have the mandate nor the authority to activate Lucky Mobile sim cards nor they have the possibility of selling top up cards.

Moreoever, Dollarama workers are of no help with the gift card bar code since this is beyond their role.

Follow these steps and write them your issues. You will also be able to upload files (pictures etc.)

I received my $20 gift card text message with a link to follow to get the code as well as my pin. However the link takes me to a page that only says “403 forbidden”.

I can’t seem to redeem the gift at all.

We wanted to check in and see if you've made any progress in regards to your Dollarama gift card - either redeeming on your own, or with the ticket you had mentioned.

If you're still having difficulties, some further details will be of a great help for us and the Community to assist:

• Are you redeeming from your phone, or a home computer?
• What web browser are you using? We recommend making sure you're using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
• Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache, then trying to follow the link again?
• Have you made sure there's no third party add-ons or apps that may be preventing the page from loading properly? Pop-up blockers, etc.

Take a look at the Lucky Mobile SIM cards at Dollarama webpage, under frequently asked questions you'll see the list of criteria to be met in order to receive/acquire the gift card.

yes, have had many problems trying to redeem the gift card.  First I called them to remind me to send it, they sent the bar code in an email but no PIN.  So I asked again.  They sent a text with a link to the bar code, but I could not tap the link, usually links are "underlined", theirs is not.

I've gotten the text message but there is no barcode and when I showed the letters that say barcode besides them the dollarama people didn't know what to do with it , had to pay for the purchase for stuff I only went for because of the gift card.
