my phone and sim card are broken. i have all my info, but when i try to transfer to a new phone and sim it needs a code sent to my old sim. but i have no way of getting the code? what do i do? how do i get my new sim to work with my account

You can transfer your service to a different SIM card by following the steps under Transferring my service to a different SIM Card under SIM Card Support
If you're unable to complete these steps, you'll need to visit a Lucky Mobile store with valid photo ID for further assistance.

Hi, I been with lucky for a year now and I recently lost my sim card so I bought a new one and would like to transfer my old lucky mobile number to my new lucky mobile SIM card, how do I go about this? Please help

My phone was recently stolen. I went online and attempted to set up another SIM card and it asked Me to verify My phone number via text..... Helloooooo, Did I not say that My phone was STOLEN!
Can anyone help Me switch My phone number to a different SIM????
All My other accounts including My Bank accounta are being hacked and I NEED this phone number switched

I bought a new Lucky Mobile SIM assuming that I will be able to switch to the new SIM via the portal. Unfortunately, it requires that I enter a code that is being send to my line. I haven't used my line since a while since I misplaced the SIM at home here. It's not stolen but misplaced at home. What's a way to transfer my line to a new SIM while I can't receive messages/codes on the old SIM (since I don't have it). TIA for your answers

I bought a SIM card a few days ago that was faulty so I bought a new one because live chat suggested to, in hopes I could transfer my service to the new sim but I need access to the phone number given, and because the physical SIM card was faulty, I can’t receive the code to transfer. I spent over $50 on the service as a 1st timer, please help resolve this.
