But I already paid 47 for the month and the new plan is 30 something which is less??? . How does that make sense? 

I want to change to a cheaper plan with more data mid month but not if I’m paying again and it’s a cheaper one on top of that! Cannot find help anywhere does anyone know if I will be charged again?
