Lucky Mobile not listed as bill payee

My bank has an bonus offer if you set up a new payee for bill payments but the bank doesn't list Lucky Mobile as a bill payee. I have auto top up in use but that doesnt count towards the bonus... Is there a way to add Lucky to the payee list?
