Using account credit for payment

I have a $50 credit on my account. How can I use this as payment instead of my monthly top up. The system doesn't recognize that I have a credit and keeps charging my credit card instead of using my credit.

Hi,

I have some amount of money in my current balance but each month the payment is charged on my credit card. How can I force using the current balance towards my monthly payments?

There has been an over payment balance on my account for over a year. My money is sitting in limbo. Probably had something to do with an upgrade plan back then. How do I get it applied so my next payment is lowered by that amount. Its less than $20 but its a trust issue.
