Activated and topped up but still no service

Hello,

new to lucky mobile. I bought the 22$ plan it was asked to too up with over $25. For thr plan itself cost the original $22 and then I had to pay the $25+tax for a monthly plan? I thought the original $22+ tax would cover the plan itself including service.

sdcoeb questions I activated thr plan but still have no service. Had bought a physical sim from dollarama

When a new activation is completed, some processing delays may occur until the full service is available. We suggest periodically restarting your phone as a fresh connection to the network may help.
