As a lucky mobile customer that pays my monthly bill when I get my income Assistance or disability benefits. The date I receive my cheque is not fixed like the billing date is, leaving me without service af the end of every month. For example, my billing date is the 18th. But I do not receive my disability benefits until the 23, leaving with 5 days without service! Why hasn't this been already noticed. It would be as simple as adding the feature of fluctuating billing dates that match that of disability benefits and income assistance, available to any customer that can provide a "proof of benefits"...
