Dollarama $20 deal - Where can I find the promotion pin ?

very frustrated with this promotion . I went to Dollarama my card came through email and said to use pin with card I didn't receive a pin I called lucky they say I don't need a pin but Dollarama says I need a pin . called lucky again just getting a run around . Why even offer this promotion ?
