Hi,

I activated my new lucky mobile sim 3 days back. My internet and messages are working well but I'm unable to make or receive calls. When I dial a number the call goes completely silent, doesn't even ring and then disconnects. All the calls I receive are going straight to my inbox and I can't access my inbox.

One thing I noticed was that when I try to make a call immediately after dialing the number, the signal goes completely zero for a few seconds.

Hi I have a LG Velvet 5G phone that is VOLTE and it's a BELL phone had no problems with public mobile up to a week ago now they tell me it's not VOLTE witch it is so came back to BELL on Luckily and having the same issue, Can't make voice calls?????
